Our specialties center around primary medical care for adults, with specific expertise in geriatrics, home care, travel medicine, executive health, aging optimization, and mental health. The result is that Our Client can design and coordinate a comprehensive health plan for each individual or family and help them manage and coordinate their health and healthcare team through whatever issues may arise.
The Healthcare Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all the administrative and business operation aspects of Our Client Medical Group. The Healthcare Office Manager will be an extremely personable, experienced medical office manager who has a sharp mind, top-notch management, and team-building skills, technologically savvy, detail oriented, and the ability to communicate and connect with patients and staff. Enjoys training people, thrives in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment, and building a positive team culture. The Healthcare Office Manager will have a flexible and adaptable mindset with an appreciation for what it takes to run a small private medical practice while maintaining willingness to work in all positions in the office as the practice grows.

Pays: $110,000 to $150,000 DOE
