RN Manager

Our Client is a newly constructed continuing care and retirement community. Our Client provides independent living apartments, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. Responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day nursing activities performed by clinical employees in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing. Will assist with interviewing, associate relations, scheduling, training and education for the clinical team. Ensures the community operates in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our community. This position assists and reports to the Director of Nursing.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Pay ranges from $70,000 to -$95,000 per year DOE.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Illinois
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Five years previous experience in nursing
• Minimum of three years prior experience in nursing leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of state, federal and local regulations for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living
• Experience in Dementia-Care settings
• Current CPR Certification
• Demonstrates computer proficiency
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule
