Job Duties and Responsibilities

The position of Marketing Lead-Programming Marketing and Product Experience will be part of the Retention and Existing Customer Strategy and Experience team of the Latino Center of Excellence. The position will work closely with programmers and customer retention to align their strategy with those of the Dish brands in the Latino segment. It will also work with the product teams across different businesses to ensure Latino and Spanish language customer experience is incorporated into the product development roadmap.

THE ROLE: Marketing Lead- Programming Marketing and Customer Experience-Latino Center of Excellence

Key responsibilities include:

• Liaise with programmers to coordinate Latino marketing efforts across brands.
• Liaise with Programming department on strategies to increase PPV usage and premiums subscriptions among Latino customers.
• Curate and inform Latino programming highlights to required teams.
• Liaise with Programming and Customer retention teams on contract expirations that affect Latino customers.
• Align with product teams across businesses on Latino specific features and enhancements.
• Inform Center of Excellence on product and technology roadmap.
• Work with appropriate teams across businesses to ensure a seamless customer experience in Spanish as it exists in English across all customer self-serve tools.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and bachelor’s degree required;
• Passion for Latino and Multicultural Marketing. Prior experience with marketing to Latino segment preferred.
• Spanish language fluency highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership and promote enthusiasm.
• Desire to win the business every single day with passion for innovation and agility
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency and an ability to think creatively, strategically and quickly and to learn and act swiftly
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgency.

Salary Range

Compensation: $64,000.00/Year – $89,400.00/Year
