DoverStaffing, Inc Hiring for Accounting Supervisor Job at Atlanta, GA Full Time NEW

DoverStaffing is currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor to work for our client in the downtown Atlanta, GA area. This is a temporary assignment that will be for approximately 4 months.

Work Hours: 8 hours a day between 7am – 6pm (flex schedules available)

Worksite: Telework and a couple days a month in office (Downtown Atlanta)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reconcile Bank Accounts
• Assist with reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Account
• Assist with Research for Year-End Close
• Assist with Year–End Reporting
• Assist with Year-End Journal Entries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• 10 years or more professional experience in an accounting
• 5 years or more professional experience with general ledger with heavy bank reconciliation experience
• 2 years of supervising accounting staff
• Advance level Excel skills
• Experience with Oracle or PeopleSoft
• Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 per hour
