Electronic Security Concepts is seeking an Experienced Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Representative

Job duties include:

• Front desk reception
• Assisting billing department using QuickBooks
• Customer Service, answering phones and directing to the correct department
• Creating excel spreadsheets
• Maintaining kitchen and Office supplies
• Cross training with billing and multiple departments
• processing payroll time sheets/ Truck logs
• Must be professional punctual and reliable
