THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: ACCOUNTANT

• Perform month-end close tasks as defined by management, including preparation of general ledger entries, analysis of draft financial.
• Assist in preparation of the Balance Sheet and P&L reports, including financial commentary preparation for the district P&L to review with District Managers.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations and detailing recommended corrective actions for review.
• Filing of sales tax returns.
• Processing employee expense report and checking compliance with policies
• Remote deposit customer check payments.
• Process customer credit card payments.
• Assist with daily reporting requirement for Asset Based Lending facility.
• Assist with daily reporting requirements for AR, DSO, AP and other information as required.
• Prepare internal and external audit schedules.
• Provide other ad hoc analysis as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Assists team in aligning to company objectives and ensuring complete and clearly presented information is delivered in a timely manner.
• Work is accomplished without considerable direction.

QUALIFICATIONS: ACCOUNTANT

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable of ERP systems
• Oracle and NAV experience highly preferred
