THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: SENIOR INCENTIVE COMPENSATION SPECIALIST

• Design, develop, and implement short-term incentive plans for Project Management and sales compensation plans including financial modeling, performance scorecards, training, and communication materials ensuring alignment with global business strategy
• Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and company objectives.
• Consult business leaders on quota setting, territory design, and project milestone tracking as needed
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to understand the target achievements, calculate incentives where needed or automate the process, and coordinate payout with regional payroll teams
• Distill data into concise analyses/ presentations with stated recommendations and implications to enable sound decision-making.
• Analyze performance data, retention metrics, and relevant qualitative insights to inform and drive future design recommendations
• Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative compensation analyses, optimization, data visualization, and processes and leverage analytical methodologies and expertise to execute project tasks.
• Support the administration of incentive programs, including data management, reports, bonus calculations, and employee communications.
• Use analytics and modeling to assess the potential impact of compensation changes.

QUALIFICATIONS: SENIOR INCENTIVE COMPENSATION SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Human Resources, Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
• 4+ years of compensation experience, with expertise in incentive compensation design and administration will be preferable
• Experience establishing and tracking program metrics as well as the ability to identify problems and systematically gather relevant information to find root causes of data integrity issues
• Experience with Workday or similar Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to think strategically with supporting analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
