Do you have a headhunter mentality and know how to apply data analytics, Boolean searches, social media tactics and other metrics to develop effective talent acquisition sourcing strategies tailored for hard to fill roles? We are looking for a Talent Sourcer – Renewables, Engineering & Field Operations to join our team! In this exciting role, you will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and will be accountable for completing recruitment activities with a strong focus on talent sourcing and attracting passive candidates, always keeping our diversity & inclusion goals top of mind.

What You Will Do

Use of strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives and technology tools to identify, engage, and recruit external talent prospects.

Build and manage relationships with potential candidates to ensure a viable talent pipeline. Connect with talent prospects regularly to ensure they are engaged with the Enbridge brand until the right role is available.

Partner with Hiring Leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to understand talent and workforce requirements and develop/execute sourcing strategies accordingly.

As a brand ambassador, market Enbridge to potential applicants in order to build awareness of the organization and convert talent prospects to applicants.

Use LinkedIn Recruiter, LI Talent Insights, social media platforms and other AI/technology tools to locate and attract passive top talent.

Work on project assignments related to talent sourcing (implementation of new tools, technology, facilitate training sessions, etc.).
What you will need to succeed

University or College Degree with a minimum of 4 years of talent sourcing experience within a high pace environment. Alternative education and equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered.

Knowledge and experience in creating and performing successful talent sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles in both Canada and United states.

Experience with technology tools in the field of Talent Acquisition, including LinkedIn Recruiter, LI Talent Insights and other AI sourcing tools.

Proven experience in boolean searches and their correct application, leveraging sourcing tools and search engines to their fullest potential.

Strong interpersonal, relationship management and networking skills and ability to build positive partnerships.

Recruitment Agency or Retained/Executive Search firm experience is desirable.

Experience in sourcing within the Renewable/Engineering and field operations is considered a strong asset.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
