Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Manager who will have responsibility for the growth of innovative products in the Surgical Business Unit within Enovis. In this critical position, you will have upstream and downstream responsibility for product development. Your primary focus will be on the successful commercialization of products through short- and long-term strategic projects. In driving the growth of your portfolio, you will have great latitude to determine the direction and initiatives you choose to implement. Make your business case, and you will earn the enthusiastic support of our amazing leadership team of successful industry executives. Close collaboration with other talented individuals on our Marketing, Sales and Research & Development teams is essential.
Your day-to-day activities in this exciting and ever-changing role will include but are not limited to: product development, product launch, sales training content creation, customer collateral, surgeon and customer education for products and procedures, sales support, key opinion leader development, product life cycle (PLM) management, and market data analysis. You should have a clear understanding of marketing principles, superior project management skills, and excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop marketing programs and initiatives to enhance sales force effectiveness and deliver product line growth, including development of product positioning through pricing, promotions, communications, and go-to-market plans
- Develop and maintain product line technical expertise and contacts with key customers of product responsibility by observing surgery and attending medical/scientific meetings, presentations, and seminars
- Maintain and distribute competitive information to field sales and management
- Provide product support to the sales force, surgeon customers, and internal stakeholders
- Develop a strategic plan for current and future development of the product line through assessment of market conditions and customer requirements
- Coordinate product/strategy implementation by working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing Communications, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Education, Sales Training, etc.
- Ability to travel 25-30%

Education/Experience Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years’ related experience in successful marketing roles in the medical device industry
