Envision Healthcare at Home is seeking full-time Account Executives/Community Liaisons for our hospice offices in King County, WA. This position will market to key referral sources within Eastern King County area.

The Account Executive/Community Liaison is a key position within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for increasing Medicare and Managed Care admissions for Envision Healthcare at Home
• Develop and implement both business-building and relationship-building strategies for identified high opportunity accounts within an assigned geographical territory.
• Generate appropriate patient referrals/admissions from accounts and continue to grow the number of referrals/admissions over time by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources in the community.
• Ensuring patient satisfaction while developing business growth
• Actively establish and maintain market awareness, acceptance and branding of the company as the “Optimal Choice” for Home Health and Hospice needs throughout the territory.
• Representing Envision and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner and maintain standards of high quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sales/marketing experience preferably within home care, home health or hospice
• Willingness to participate in community events/job fairs etc. that may be outside of normal business hours
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources in the territory to promote business development.
• Demonstrated history of positive sales results, preferably involving sophisticated and meaningful customer relationships that led to outstanding results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
• Ability to market effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices.
• Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
• Ability to be creative and “think outside the box” and have fun doing so
• Must be willing and/or able to comply with the state/federal Covid mandates
