We are actively searching for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher for an established home services company in Littleton, MA. This position will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, dispatching field staff, and supporting marketing administrative efforts.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Handle incoming customer calls
• Schedule calls for service technicians and determine customer priority.
• Dispatch Service Technicians to customer homes
• Order & coordinate parts and job materials with field technicians and customers
• Assemble service packets
• Process customer invoicing and payments
• Other marketing administrative responsibilities as needed

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1+ years of related experience customer service or call center experience preferred
• Computer skills including MS Excel

The hours will be Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The pay rate is $21-$23/hr, depending on experience!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
