Industrial Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Industrial Operations Manager Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Operations Management is required
• Previous experience in the Aerospace / Industrial industry is required
• Bachelors Degree is a plus
• Previous experience with Machining is required
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication skills

Industrial Operations Manager Compensation: Up to $100K based on skills and experience
