Fabrisonic is an early stage company experiencing explosive growth fueled by IoT adoption, electrification and pandemic-inspired innovation. We specialize in metal 3D printing using our own unique patented solid-state printers. We provide both production printing services and printing equipment to industrial and government customers. Popular applications for our technology include electronic (busbar) connections, heat exchangers, dissimilar metal cladding, and parts with embedded electronics/sensors. Our customers are often printing parts that have never previously been produced.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

This newly created role is all about boosting TEAM productivity and CUSTOMER success. The operations manager is responsible for ensuring continuous operations throughout the company on a daily basis through close supervision of teams and individuals, and suppliers. In addition to operations, the right candidate will take on their own engineering projects using our patented 3D printers. It’s a broad role, and the right candidate needs to be flexible with every day problem solving to keep the team on track.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a B.S. in Engineering
• 5+ years of professional leadership/management experience with direct reports
• An expert in hands-on operations management, motivated by executing repeated processes on time, on budget, and at quality in a high-tech manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting, experience in CNC is a plus
• Proven understanding of 3D printing
• Mastery of CAD/CAM software
• Experience operating in an ISO 9001 quality system
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• The operations manager is responsible for ensuring continuous operations throughout the company on a daily basis through close supervision of teams and individuals, and suppliers.
• The operations manager is responsible for designing business processes/systems that support continuous operations of the company and managing/improving/automating these processes and systems.
• Maintain a sustainable organization that encourages teamwork, safety-first attitude, and ISO 9001 quality system compliance.
• Establish productive relationships with team members, actively managing career paths, identifying areas of development and providing training.
• At Fabrisonic, everyone wears multiple hats. Operations manager will have their own technical projects manufacturing parts using 3D printing, being responsible for all parts of the process, including programming, printing, and post processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
