Faneuil is hiring Customer Service Representatives to train and work from home in the Wichita, KS area!
You must live in the Wichita area (within 1.5 hours driving distance) to qualify for this position; employees will be required to pick up computer equipment onsite at Faneuil’s Wichita location.
The CSR Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as respond to emails or chats with clear and proper written communication. Following call center scripts when handling different topics, identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching all issues, and providing solutions will be a significant part of your role.
We’re offering full-time shifts (40 hours per week) to be assigned between the hours of 9:00am – 12:00am Central Time, Monday through Sunday
Pay starting at $15/hour
Computer Equipment is provided by Faneuil – employees must pick up computer equipment at 701 E Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS prior to orientation
