At Firia you will be expected to:

Work independently as lead architect and developer of a project.
Interface directly with executive-level clients, helping their companies achieve ambitious product development goals within specified time/budget constraints.
Manage projects using collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to clearly communicate progress with customers.
Be a generalist “extreme full stack” developer, with fluency in multiple programming languages, a solid grounding in fundamentals down to the hardware level, and a fearless ability to learn and apply new technologies.
Develop software for a broad range of systems, from embedded microcontrollers to Linux gateway devices, from AWS/Google cloud platforms to React front-end UIs.
Be professional, intelligent, confident, and humble.

Successful candidates will have the following skills:

Software development – you must be a passionate and skilled coder. Fluency in Python, C, and JavaScript languages is a plus.
Hardware development –you must be able to read schematics and datasheets to inform system design and firmware development. Experience in electronics design and board layout is a plus.
