We are looking for an innovative team member who thrives in a dynamic, established company and enjoys the challenges of understanding business needs and acting on them. We want a hands-on strategic individual who works independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment. This position is for a Lexmark/Perceptive subject matter expert. A typical day will involve responding to high priority invoice questions, assisting less seasoned team members with coding and other processing questions, providing training for operations and vendors on invoice submission and system use, creating documentation or training videos on process and troubleshooting issues with IT teams for more complex system issues.
Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine analysis functions in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable or accounts receivable or other financial department. Responsible for process improvements, standardizing and streamlining procedures, creating written desktop procedures, training, metrics for business units, research and correction of reconciliation discrepancies and special projects.
