We are seeking an Accountant/Controller addition to our team to aid in our businesses continued growth. This position will work in tandem with the CEO, COO, and CMO as well as the general managers and Executive Chef to manage all finance and accounting operations at the Sacramento location and 1-2x weekly at the newly opened Tahoe location (mileage always paid).

In this role you would be in charge of all AP/AR. You will also be advising and helping the Executive Team on current and projected financial situations, analyzing income and expenditures, and making policy or procedural recommendations. This position would also aid in building the Tipsy Putt bookkeeping team as new units are added.

Responsibilities:

• Producing reports for corporate meetings. To include P&L, balance sheets, site specific breakdowns, trends, forecasting etc.

• Management of all AP/AR

• Analyzing income and expenditures

• General daily / weekly/ monthly accounting

Requirements

• BA in applicable field and 3+ years of financial or controller experience

• Preferred but not required: CPA/CMA

• Preferred but not required: Multi-Unit and restaurant/bar experience

• Must be Quickbooks Proficient

• Costing experience

• Payroll Experience

• Experience with month-end/year-end closing process

• Excellent administration skills
