The Recruiter Support is responsible for all aspects of the recruiting function including but not limited to advertising, screening, coordinate job fairs, recruiting, head hunting, interviewing and extending offers to selected candidates. Coordinate internal postings and selection process.

• Screen potential applicants for qualifications as compared to job requirements and refer qualified candidates to hiring manager
• Work directly with managers regarding placements. Ensure job specifications and desired qualifications are clear as well as advising managers on interviewing and candidate selections
• Extend and negotiate offers of employment to selected candidates
• Post and update all the available positions on the media sources
• Provide guidelines during on boarding process
• Process the background checks in our outsourced company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 3 years of experience in a position or similar position in a recruiting field
