Fotronic Corporation Hiring for Payroll / Human Resources Administrator Job at Woburn, MA Full Time

Role and Responsibilities

• The primary point of contact for all HR-related topics
• Administration of all Payroll activities
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures (ADA, ACA, ERISA, FMLA, PFML, COBRA, Earned Sick Leave, FLSA Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, I-9, E-Verify, Background Checks)
• Benefit management including, Health, STD, LTD, Life, Dental, and 401k plan
• Maintain Company’s policies, procedures, and employee handbook
• Full-cycle recruitment, including the creation of job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, interviews, and job offer negotiating
• Work collaboratively with managers to resolve employee relations issues.
• Assist in performance and compensation plan management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a relevant Human Resources role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline (Equivalent career experience will be considered)
• Solid understanding of Human Resources policies, employment/labor laws, and procedures
• High competency with MS Office (Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proactive thinker who is motivated to undertake new responsibilities and challenges.
• Ability to shift focus and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
