Job Summary

The Vice-President HR at Foundation Wellness will provide strategic HR leadership and direction that supports the business objectives. Key expectations of the role include driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, training as well as compensation and benefits. Importantly, the HR leader will provide coaching and development to the HR staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and senior leaders to grow and scale a best-in-class organization & workplace presence in the business
• Continually evaluate, plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the human capital function including and not limited to total rewards, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, employee relations, and labor policy and procedure
• Deliver top human capital results while maintaining a collaborative workplace environment
• Employ thoughtful strategy for responding to changes in the marketplace, competitive factors, and trends while continuously exploring new opportunities for process improvement.
• Human resources organization fostering employee engagement, management development, and improve retention of top talent
• Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to the HR team
• Optimize a talent management framework that retains, develops, and rewards top talent
• Enhance retention and training strategies that embeds the role of talent management in the company’s overall business strategy
• Assess compensation plans and incentives as needed
• Participate with the executive leadership team in assessment, organizational evaluation, and personnel training for acquisitions
• Enhance effective communication between HR, management and all employees as the organization expands to ensure excellence in employee relations

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• 5+ years of leading teams
