We are looking for a Head of Marketing who’ll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. Head of Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day marketing teams across the product portfolio and related initiatives.
• Develop and implement a strategic communications plan to advance brand identity; broaden awareness of our products; and increase the visibility of our products.
• Develop and oversee the development of marketing and public relations plans for the content published that will allow the company to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences, including the media and key influencers.
• Head content creation, including everything from website copy to collateral to ads to videos to white papers and beyond.
• Work collaboratively with development, product, finance, and sales teams to shape and implement the overall marketing roadmap.
• Provide support for sales development and help develop sponsor packages for advertising partners.
• Deploy a data-centric approach to gathering customer insight and use this data to evolve the marketing strategies and results.
• Improve the quality of our marketing automation, email campaigns, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise and experience working in brand, digital and content marketing – at least 7 years of progressively increased responsibility in total.
• Deep understanding of driving marketing throughout social platforms and significant experience with related tools, products, and platforms.
• Expertise with data-driven marketing approaches.
• Awareness of trends in digital marketing, podcasting, and social media broadly.
• A strategic view and the ability to assess risks and opportunities.
• Capable of influencing through trust, communication, logic, and a constructively critical approach.
• A grounded, collaborative team player.
• Core values are integrity and honesty and whose colleagues describe her/him/they as a problem solver with a “get it done” approach.
• A good business partner with the EQ and communication skills to balance creativity with data-informed decision-making.
• Engages in the process of getting to a decision – then when a decision is made, jumps in the boat with the team and rows in the same direction.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
