Job Overview

At Glasstown Productions, we believe in telling stories is the most important part of the process. We understand there is an art to it, as well as we understand that graphic design and animation is a big part of that. We are looking for a graphic designer and character animator to help our team achieve the best for our clients. We’re now looking to bring on a graphic designer/animator on retainer to help with our projects. Responsibilities for Graphic Designer/Animator

• Create and design various materials for videos such as lower thirds, graphic slates, etc.
• Creating 2D(3D is a plus but not required) animation from scratch, as well as animate text/graphical assets.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines that work within the videos creative branding.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images, as well as create
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software such as: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc

Qualifications for Graphic Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field is a plus, but not a requirement.
• 1-5 years of experience in graphic design is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Fluent in of Adobe PhotoShop,Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and other graphic design software.
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $1,500.00 per month
