Position Summary
Global Logistical Connections is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining digital campaigns aligned with target audiences, corporate objectives, and brand identity. The Digital Marketing Analyst must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience in print and digital formats.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SEO marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Creates and delivers content in line with target audiences, corporate objectives, and brand identity
Maintains and updates WordPress site
Manages WordPress chat plugin
Works with the marketing department to grow social media presence.
Collaborates to create and maintain print and digital marketing materials
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
Collaborates with vendors and partners
Required Job Competencies:
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Capable of maintaining internal and external customer relations
Proficient in Adobe Suite, including but not limited to Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Self-motivated and task-oriented
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Working knowledge of HTML preferred
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Marketing or Related Field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience working with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
1-3 years of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics/ SemRush)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad- PPC campaigns on all major search engines
