Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

• Record monthly adjusting and accrual entries

• Monitor cash balances and recommend capital calls and distributions

• Prepare monthly financial statements

• Compile monthly financial statement package with required supporting documentation

• Distribute financials to lenders/owners

• Attend owner meetings, as necessary

• Assist in the annual tax return preparation

• Assist in annual budget preparation

Accounts Receivable:

• Record tenant receipts against monthly charges

• Process monthly tenant billings and other miscellaneous billbacks

• Monitor tenant accounts for overages/shortages and past due amounts

• Send monthly invoices/statements to tenants

Accounts Payable:

• Process payable invoices: review, code and acquire proper approvals

• Manage weekly cash flow spreadsheet to determine which payables are to be paid

• Record electronic payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations, financial statements: 1 year (Preferred)
• Recording monthly adjustment and accrual entries: 1 year (Preferred)
