The Clinical Operations Manager facilitates day-to-day operations, address needs of the staff in the clinic and to aide in improving quality of patient care provided. The Clinical Operations Supervisor works with staff on training, oversees processes, and works closely with clinical staff to promote efficient work flow and a positive patient experience.
Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
o Responsible for directly supervising all department team leads ensuring an effective service is provided to facilitate business development and growth
o Assist department lead in recruitment, selection and onboarding of new clinical employees
o Responsible for assisting in all performance reviews, corrective actions, and quality improvement required in clinical departments
o Assists each department in creating and implementing a weekly meeting pulse with weekly score cards
o Conducts a weekly growth meeting with direct reports and department leads utilizing the meeting pulse and score cards
o Participate in chart audits and care improvement meetings with providers
o Act as the direct support member for all providers for clinical concerns or issues
o Writing and implementing protocols and new procedure education requested by providers and Practice Administration
o Creating, communicating and overseeing implementation of training material for clinical staff
o Development and implementation of a standardized onboarding and training system for clinical new hires
o HIPPA, OSHA CLIA Compliance Officer
o Ensure all Health and Safety statutory obligations and legislation are adhered to, ensuring compliance with same, including risk assessment, accident reporting and investigation (HIPPA, OSHA, CLIA etc)
o Assist practice admin with specialty lab company needs
o Maintaining open accounts, overseeing roll out of new testing, continued staff education, and overseeing the results obtained from spec lab sites
o Tracking all clinical inventory, expiration dates and costs
o Ordering supplies as required
o ensuring room supply and clinical supply needs are met
o To act as the high-level point of contact regarding Practice complaints, supporting staff or providers in the enforcement of clinical policy etc.
o Support the management and staff in any difficult contact with patients
Requirements:

· College degree or higher (RN preferred)
· 1 year of clinical experience preferred

Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
