Operations Management – Diligently and professionally manage all aspects of Heritage Pools LLC. This includes but is not limited to, overseeing any work or employee related to Service, Renovation, Maintenance or Construction. Providing best practices and perfecting customer service expectations for retention, growth and profitability.

Defined Daily Duties

• Leadership – Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Culture – Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Schedules – Make sure employees are prepared daily.
• Meetings – Scheduled time with key employees.
• Customer Service – Help customers and manage outcomes.
• Troubleshooting – Help staff or techs solve problems.
• Planning – Assist with budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Strategic Planning – Develop future goals and benchmarks.
• Administrative – Interviews, discipline, foundational principles.
• Flexibility – Be ready to help those around you.
• Systems – Improving the workflow procedures.
• Problems – Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Emergencies – Handle emergency situations.

Further Scope Of Responsibilities

• SOP’s – Follow, Create all SOP’s record all stages of each function of this role. Follow all SOP’s that are currently in place.
• Interviews – Assist with hiring, recruiting, onboarding new employees and training for success.
• Reviews – Employee reviews to edify, encourage and help them grow as employees in their professional and personal life.
• Development – Bring new ideas to bare, develop, implement and direct opportunities for growth, efficiency and profitability.
• Budget – This position strives to initiate improvement and efficiency in the company.
• Logistics – Monitor and improve how we do business in all individual departments. Use all sources to monitor and track expenses for vehicles and mobile devices.
• Support – Build support between departments. Partner with other departments, vendors, sub contractors and distribution.
• Chain of Command – The Operations Manager answers to Ownership. Authority for this position is to provide guidance and oversight directly to all employees.
• Technology – This position requires the use of computers to update any spreadsheets, Quickbooks, Google, upload photos and use email. Computer skills are necessary and access will require credentials provided by the IT department.
• Communication – Great communication is important. This position represents the company to the public through vendors, customers and our employees. It is crucial to communicate well with everyone involved.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
