Human Resources Assistant
Human Resources professional needed for a large company in Broomfield. Targeting candidates with a minimum of 2 years HR experience. This company is minutes from the light rail, offers excellent benefits and promotes from within.
· Coordinate new hires activities, including pre-hire testing and benefits orientation.
· Process employee termination paperwork and remit to Central Payroll Department.
· Maintain and update personnel files and remit changes to Central Payroll Department in a timely manner.
· Distribute benefit communications as received and needed, including the annual open enrollment.
· Maintain and update all manuals, bulletin boards, and forms, as well as maintaining a current supply on hand.
· Complete employment verifications
· Respond to internal and external HR related inquires or request and provide assistance
· Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person(s)
· Schedule meetings, interview, HR events, etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
· Acts as a resource for employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
