What Will You Do? – The Press Brake/CNC Machinist you will produce machined parts by setting up and operating a press brake and/or a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

• Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to solve problems that arise in a manufacturing environment without direct supervision while also performing as part of a team.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work in an effective manner.
• High standard of attention to detail.

What You Need to Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years’ experience as a CNC machinist preferred doing setup and programming on multi-axis machines
• Able to read blueprints, Use of SolidWorks and CAM systems
• Knowledge of Machining in a prototype manufacturing setting or related experience and education.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to climb up and down ladders and stairs, stand or sit for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to lift to 40 pounds at times
