We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of company needs.
A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, and keeps informed on company hiring and training programs and schedules. A good recruiter can assess candidates’ skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
· Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
· Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes and screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
· Perform reference checks as needed.
· Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
Recruiter Requirements:
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:
· Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
· Develop and release job postings across platforms, such as social media and job boards.
· Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
· Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
· Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
· Conduct interviews and source candidates.
Pay and Benefits:
· Starting base salary of $60,000 – $75,000 based on experience, education, and/or accreditation/certification.
