The HonorSquad is growing! We’re looking for a data-driven, Marketing Operations Manager to track and drive the efficacy of our marketing programs to drive pipeline acceleration, reporting, and analytics.

About the Opportunity

Lead lifecycle management and measurement, marketing database efficacy, marketing funnel optimization and analysis.

You will establish and maintain scalable processes for marketing automation, marketing campaigns, pipeline acceleration, and reporting and analytics. You will collaborate with the entire marketing organization to ensure accurate and reliable attribution of pipeline and revenue to marketing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
• Make campaign recommendations by analyzing all marketing platform metrics across the demand funnel
• Build and optimize a measurement program to track the efficacy of marketing effort (organic, paid, events, etc.).
• Develop and manage marketing dashboards and reports to track key success metrics and marketing ROI in Salesforce and Pardot’s B2B Marketing Analytics
• Build campaign and lead reports and dashboards in addition to the data structure and workflows within Salesforce
• Ad hoc reporting and dashboard creation
• Work closely with peers on the marketing, sales, and SF admin teams to ensure alignment
• Manage the lead scoring process (partner with marketing, SDR, sales)
• Support all technology platform licenses, including CRM, Marketing Automation ABM, chatbot, and other platforms,
• Liaise with vendor for product updates, integration best practices
• Ensure all platforms are being leveraged fully and are working together as one marketing machine
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technology trends and solutions. Make recommendations on new tech and upgrades that would benefit the department.

Requirements (skills, software, education)

• Experience in email marketing and marketing automation technology, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Pardot certifications (level 1 and level 2 preferred)
• SF certification or strong working knowledge (preferred)
• Account-based marketing platform experience (SixSense preferred)

Other Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience in media and marketing campaign management with proven success developing and managing digital marketing strategies, processes and reporting
• Strategic thinking, ability to understand the “big picture” and use creative problem solving to drive impact and results
• Demonstrated success working in a team-based, collaborative environment, and the ability to build relationships and influence outside of authority while leveraging Honorlock expertise and resources
• A clear passion for enabling marketing effectiveness – defining processes that are scalable and future-proof is definitely your thing
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional team and brings deep knowledge of marketing operations to pull together the right teams to get the most out of a campaign, and prepare meaningful reports for strategic decisions to take place
• Demonstrated familiarity with the buyer’s journey, the lead-opportunity lifecycle and the B2B “funnel”
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced growing organization
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field
• SaaS or tech startup experience is an asset
