HR Answers is seeking on behalf of its client located in Central/Eastern Oregon a Director of Human Resources for a direct hire role. As a member of the administrative leadership team, this position interacts daily with management and employees and the expectation is that the role will not be performed remotely. The organization offers a competitive total compensation including housing/relocation for this direct hire opportunity.
The Director of Human Resources ensures strategic and tactical alignment in regard to organizational and departmental goals, policies, procedures and practices for employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management, compensation, benefits, orientation, and HR systems.
Director of Human Resources Responsibilities Include:

Director of Human Resources Experience, Education, Training, and Certification
At least 7 years’ experience of leading HR teams with direct reports is required
Ability to obtain senior human resources certification within 12 months is required
A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field is required
Microsoft Office and HRIS proficiency is required
At least five years of HR management experience is preferred
An advanced degree in HR, business administration, or related field is preferred
Senior professional certification i.e., SPHR OR SHRM-SCP is preferred
Salary is DOE/E, and the organization’s benefits plan is excellent including relocation assistance.
