Human Skills & Resources is seeking a Substance Abuse/Mental Health Therapist in our Sapulpa office. If you are an LPC, LADC, LMFT or LCSW (or Candidate/Under Supervision) we need you!

Job Duties and Requirements:

• Responding to referrals of patients needing services in a timely manner
• Conducting and completing assessments and treatment plans
• Providing individual and group therapy
• Providing In office therapy sessions
• Completing service notes, discharges and documentation in a timely manner
• Work with a team of professionals to accomplish the agency goals
• Must have proficient computer skills and be able to complete documentation and paper work thoroughly and on time.
• Must be an LPC, LMFT, LADC or LCSW OR be an active candidate of one of these licensures.

About Us:

Human Skills & Resources is a non-profit, outpatient Comprehensive Community Addiction Recovery Center, certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. We have been providing services in Tulsa, Rogers and Creek county since 1980.

Our programs of service include Mental Health Outpatient, Substance Abuse Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, cognitive, anger management and parenting. In addition we provide Ambulatory Detox for our patients in treatment for Opioid addiction. We also offer ADSAC (DUI) assessments and classes at all 3 locations.

We are an approved National Health Service Corp Site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $1.00 per year
