Join a team of highly-skilled Business Intelligence professionals dedicated to ensuring the success of Indeed’s Marketing org. Our team works directly with Indeed’s senior leadership to drive optimal investment allocation. We are experts on Indeed’s data and the go-to people for generating actionable insights through advanced analytics. Additionally, our team develops sustainable and automated solutions that empower analysis throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and team leadership and management for Indeed’sMarketing business intelligence teams
- Lead business intelligence platform integration and maintenance, defining and building reports and dashboards
- Prior experience in working within marketing organizations and in evaluating marketing program effectiveness and ROI
- Have detailed knowledge of Indeed’s data, and processes – including forecasting
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement solutions that meet their needs, while making sure the priorities for your team are properly aligned to business needs
- Collaborate with BI leaders across Indeed to drive business performance locally and globally
- Empower members of your team to grow their skillset and advance their career goals
- Define strategy and goals for the BI Marketing area
- Learn from, and share knowledge and skills with your peers to grow all of BI’s impact to the organization
- Lead and direct other team member’s projects to ensure a high quality work product, and partner with team members across the broader org
- Become a subject matter expert and trusted partner supporting the analytical needs of Indeed’s Marketing team
- Build relationships across teams to leverage and extend existing analytical research
- Deploy advanced applications of descriptive and predictive analytics to corporate Marketing processes, and stay current on best practices in the field
- Understand your business stakeholders’ objectives, the metrics that are the most important to them, and how they measure their performance
- Turn business requirements into technical requirements
Who You Are

Requirements:
- 4+ years experience leading BI teamsExperience leading cross functional teams to deliver business value through data
- Experience analyzing high volumes of data for multiple purposes in a dynamic environment
- Track record in driving a data driven culture across business units
- Marketing Strategy, analysis and forecasting experience a distinct advantage
- Previous or current Python, SQL programming experience
- Strong quantitative skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage large projects and manage rapid delivery of requests
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Strong ability to coach analysts, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers
- Experience with business intelligence tools, e.g. Tableau
- Experience with cloud platform data warehouse technologies. E.g. Snowflake
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and comfort presenting to everyone from entry-level employees to senior vice presidents
- Ability to explain complicated or technical information in a simple way to non-technical audiences
- Sensitivity to clients’ needs and able to develop warm client relationships
- Experience with reporting, descriptive statistics, probability, and cleaning big datasets
- Industry experience in a report development, data science, business analytics, business intelligence or comparable data engineering role, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques and technology

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, long term incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range Transparency
US Remote 113,000 – 165,000 USD per year
