Could you be Insurity’s next Human Resources Business Partner?

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support Sr. HR Business Partners to deliver HR programs and solutions in support of both short-term and long-term business goals. This role will partner with internal clients to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Advise all leaders in business unit to provide overall HR guidance in multiple countries of operation
• Provide direction, input, and aide in the rollout of business unit restructures, workforce planning, and organizational planning activities
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to improve the work environment
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, detailed, and objective investigations where needed
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements across multiple countries
• Partner with the legal department as need related to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide performance management guidance to managers (i.e. mentor, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase efficiency and retention
• Identify training needs for business units
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and that training objectives are met
• Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation
• Work with leaders to develop offers for new hires, promotions, and transfers
• Conduct ongoing meetings with respective business units

Who You Are

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Time management including work planning, prioritization, and organization
• Ability to balance multiple priorities or tasks
• Ability to collaborate and work autonomously
• Ability to articulately present information and communicate effectively
• Meeting facilitation and management
