International Cars Ltd., Inc. is looking to hire a Corporate Trainer. The Corporate Trainer role is responsible for working with internal and external partners to deliver a company-wide sales training programs. The Corporate Trainer will partner with management across the organization to conduct a needs analysis, identify training requirements and desired outcomes, and develop relevant curriculum to address training needs that incorporate adult learning styles and execute training programs across multiple levels of the organization. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of training experience. Office location is at Porsche Stratham, NH.

Trainer Compensation Package:

• Approximate Salary: 50,000-70,000+ (pay commensurate w/experience)

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training to corporate staff of all job levels, on-site and/or remotely, using a variety of instructional techniques including interactive lectures, simulations, group discussions, team exercises, technology and multimedia, etc.
• Review & update existing training curriculum as needed based on business and learner needs to ensure quality, effectiveness, retention, and relevance.
• In conjunction with the general managers, conduct a semi- annual organizational (knowledge/ skill gap) needs assessments to identify and address outstanding corporate training needs.
• Counsel individual employees and departments on appropriate training programs.
• Manage the training records.

• Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, including adult learning theory, teaching, and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
• Ability to organize workflow and direct tasks as well as document milestones and ROIs and resolve problems
