Inxeption is looking for a dynamic VP of Sales Transportation to join our team. If you love developing strong relationships and solving business problems for clients generating value and revenue for both parties, we want to talk to you! We are looking for a VP of Sales Transportation Who wants to join a fast-growing team in our Charlotte office.

Responsibilities:

• Foster and develop relationships with new and existing Blue-Chip commerce partners.
• Identify and improve sales processes.
• Develop new product offerings and services in new verticals.
• Identify new sales opportunities with focus on contracted freight.
• Support the growth of existing and new accounts through strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with the VP of Career Development to secure new partnerships.
• Create sales KPIs to support business growth initiatives.
• Assist in designing sales and marketing material.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Blue Chip commerce partners..
• Assist in development and implementation of CRM systems.
• Willing to travel to regional / national commerce partners. Experience:
• Minimum of 10+ years of transportation industry related experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a VP of Sales transportation role
• Large team management
