The Customer Service Representative answers phone calls from customers having either warranty and/or technical issues. It is the Customer Service Representative’s responsibility to troubleshoot and help resolve the customer’s concerns. The position requires an individual who is driven to solve problems with a strong ability for technical detail in either gas engines, diesel engines, and/or transmissions. The individual must be self-driven, organized, and have strong analytical, communication, organizational and problem solving skills. They should also be detail orientated and be a decision maker. Computer knowledge with keyboarding ability is required. Prefer an individual with a 2 or 4 year automotive degree or relevant experience.
