Since launching, we’ve serviced over 1000+ credit repair clients and have funded millions of dollars to hundreds of different businesses & individuals. With our new fulfillment system in place, we have an unlimited capacity of clients that we can fulfill every month and are looking for the right person to lead our teams to successfully brand & roll out our product lines all while meeting deadlines and being incentivized the entire way there. The role is hands on and you would work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer of the company.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual and has a deep understanding of marketing, working with teams, and building strong systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral

• Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
• Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
• Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape
• Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses
• Manage the creative process from concept to completion
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
• Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly our internal Creative and Media buying teams
• Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
• Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets

• Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
• Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
• Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers and web developers
• Willing to work over time to ensure deadlines are met

• Managing/syncing google sheets & CRM from instagram
• Are comfortable with speaking to clients over the phone & sending voice messages

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or marketing experience
• Previous internships or experiences in marketing or social media marketing is a huge plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can put 50+ hours a week if needed
• Experience in a similar filed

This position will come with a base salary and very aggressive commission & bonus incentive structure that can set the selected candidate up for a high 6 figure earning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
