Job Brief:

JM Inc. is currently looking for a client-oriented customer service representative.

What Does A Customer Service Representative Do?

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging issues that our client accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. They will work directly with our consulting/sales team and Office Administrator to help meet quotas, quality leads and direct support.

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and CSRs gather that for their employer. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they do not have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain highest client satisfaction.

Customer Service Responsibilities Duties:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls efficiently.
• Identify, assess, and document client needs during initial call to achieve 100% satisfaction.
• Generate sales leads though careful screening and manage scheduling of appointments for JM Inc.’s project consultants. A prior sales background is a plus.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with prospect accounts through open and interactive communication while setting the stage for project consultant success.
• Keep records of client interactions in current CRM database, process new client accounts and file documents.
• Aid project consultant team as needed for all task related projects.
• Other ancillary duties such as maintain inventory of office supplies, create and maintain quarterly company newsletter, support office administrator with filing and data entry.

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities instantly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiar with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook
• High school diploma with preferences given to an associate degree in related field.
• 40-hour work week with the following schedule:
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday
• 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Fridays
• 3-month probationary period for performance monitoring, capability assessment and position appropriateness. Probationary to be followed with management review and possibility of wage increase if appropriate.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Hiring process criminal background check.
