Job Store Staffing Hiring for Operations Manager Job at Westminster, CO Full Time

Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to be apart of growing tech company in the Westminster area. This position will oversee the organizations daily operations.

Pay: $50,000-$60,000 annually

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Job Duties of Operations Manager:

• Manage and improve operational practice
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Making sure the company has enough skilled workers to maintain productivity and determining when additional staffing is needed.
• Providing training and directly overseeing employees’ work.
• Making sure workers have the necessary resources to perform at peak efficiency
• Provide regular employee evaluations that identify areas for growth and improvement, as well as identify which processes are working well.

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields

• Strong project management skills

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Strong leadership qualities

• Strong organizational skills
