Seeking an Accounting Assistant for an opening in Hermitage, PA!

Duties:

• Pulling, stuffing, and mailing checks
• Distribute and review morning reports
• Review newly set-up client online access accounts
• Review and process a variety of transactions, including: bill pay and tracking, posting receipts/deposits/transfers, wire transactions, preparing collateral reports, processing incoming stop payment and reversal requests, and general account maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in accounting/finance a strong plus
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Highly detail oriented
• Able to multi-task and work within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Physical setting:

• Office

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hermitage, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
