POSITION DESCRIPTION: ?

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large complex SAP/SuccessFactors implementations. ? Are you a rockstar who wants to deliver, lead, and be a part of a dynamic purpose driven team? ?If so, come join our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Project Managers work directly with our clients to oversee large scale implementations. Day to day responsibilities include:

• Maintaining timelines, implementation milestones, scope and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Budgeting, communicating statuses with client and communication plans.
• The Project Manager would server as the primary liaison between the client, project team and our company.
• Conducts internal project review meetings and acts as project information source.
• Monitors all lifecycle project deliverables to ensure quality is maintained

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience (that doesn’t mind serving as a program lead in conjunction with third – party vendors)
• Experience with managing large scale projects in the Success Factors suite SaaS space required
• Experience managing Workforce Software implementations preferred
• Experience managing project teams and/or outside vendors across multiple locations and geographies
• Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems. Must be a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their knowledge in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to multi task, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision.
• Team player; always working towards win/win relationships
• Self guided person able to work in a changing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
