We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist that will help bring attention to Saraya USA’s companies: Lakanto, Happy Elephant, and Arau Baby by developing compelling campaigns to drive customer connection and interest in our products.

About Lakanto

Lakanto is a leading Monkfruit Sweetener in the sugar replacement space. Using a special formula of both Monk Fruit and Erythritol, we’ve made not only our leading champion line of Monkfruit Sweeteners, but also baking mixes, chocolates, snacks, and more! We’ve broken into the health and wellness space as a great resource for customers with all types of needs, ranging from diabetes, keto, sugar-free lifestyle, and everything in between.

Work with a cross-functional marketing team to develop compelling and integrated marketing campaigns. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, an in-depth understanding of current marketing technologies and trends, relevant working experience and project management skills. They will work with our Marketing Channel Marketing Managers to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet campaign objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create integrated marketing campaign briefs based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business

• Drive the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success

• Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines

• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results

• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

• Work cross-functionally with creative, marketing & other key stakeholders

• Attend marketing & creative team meetings with a collaborative mindset

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or related fields

• 1-3 years of related job experience

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication and project management skills

• Knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns

• Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously

• Deep understanding of current marketing trends

• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal & visual

Salary Range:

• Starting at $55,000

Work Schedule:

• Normal Work Hours are Monday-Friday 9-5. This is a salaried role, so there is flexibility to complete tasks/projects outside of these hours. One optional flexible work from home day available each week. Four-five days a week, you’ll commute to our collaborative, colorful, open-concept office at the base of the mountains in Orem.
