Our HR Business Partner (Operations Group) offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be tasked with ensuring alignment between the business operations and Corporate HR practices and objectives. Working with local HR and Business Leaders, the HR Business Partner (Operations Group) assists in resolving escalated employee relations issues and guides management in the development, retention and engagement of talent.

What You’ll Do:

• Provides coaching, consultation and training to local HR and plant managers on a variety of HR areas to include employee relations, compliance, recruitment and organizational development.
• Works with Corporate HR to ensure consistency in existing processes and implementation of new processes.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years, 7+ years preferred, broad-based HR experience with progressive experience providing advice, counsel and coaching to leaders with the ability to influence and champion effective leadership and change.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
