Will be responsible for leading progressive human resources practices for Latah Sanitation Inc. in areas including:

• HR Business Partnership with business leaders

• Talent: talent acquisition, talent management, mobility and planning, succession

• Company-wide talent initiatives that closely align with strategic business priorities

• Compensation planning

• Company-wide talent initiatives that closely align with strategic business priorities

• HR Services

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field.

• 3 or more years experience in HR with a minimum of 2 years as a Senior Generalist or HR Business Partner.

• Experience in or oversight of talent acquisition or talent management.

• Solid understanding of relevant employment laws.

• HRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Qualiticaiton is preferred.

• Experience as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

• Strategic thinking capabilities — ability to assess situations in the context of business strategy that translate into execution, action, and results.

• Data-driven and analytical — know the importance of using facts and data to advise and influence leadership.

• Strong communications and relationship building skills to support a diverse team.
