Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Senior Human Resource Generalist performs a full array of highly skilled, complex, technical, and professional Human Resources functions. In this capacity, the Sr HR Generalist will implement and deliver key HR solutions across all functional areas of HR, providing a best-in-class experience for our employees. The Senior Human Resource Generalist oversees a wide variety of human resources activities in support of the employee life cycle to include talent acquisition, performance, training, total rewards, engagement, retention, as well as employee and labor relations. This position is responsible for researching and responding to complex HR inquiries by effectively interpreting university policies and processes as well as state and federal regulations pertinent to the issue at hand. The Senior Human Resource Generalist will serve as a consultant, resource and advisor to leadership and the community at large to assist with change management, special projects, and other university initiatives as applicable.
