From our beginning in 1964, Lift-All Company has grown to be the biggest and most well-known manufacturer of slings for overhead lifting and load securement products in North America. We operate five manufacturing plants in the US and our products are sold through industrial distributors and contractor supply houses in the US and abroad.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our corporate team to support Lift-All sales and customer service departments with marketing and advertising needs. This includes responding to customer requests for promotions, catalog updates, product attribute file updates and co-op fund usage requests. The qualified candidate will also collaborate with internal and external resources to promote the Lift-All brand.
Our office is located in Landisville PA. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00. This position will work both in the office and remotely. Training will take place both in person and remotely.

SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist’s role is to support Lift-All customers and the Lift-All sales and customer service departments with any marketing and advertising needs. This includes responding to customer requests for promotions, catalog updates, product attribute file updates and co-op fund usage requests. The qualified candidate will also collaborate with internal and external resources to promote the Lift-All brand. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred. Five or more years of related experience. Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or similar marketing software packages. Working knowledge of ERP software. Use of office equipment and computers for keyboarding, data entry and retrieval of information, including Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to listen and understand others, explain and convey information to others verbally and in writing. Ability to read, interpret, apply and explain accounting processes and procedures.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in units or measurements using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to work in an environment with interruptions. Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization in procedures exists. Ability to understand exception items and seek guidance when administering new processes or standards of operations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished verbally or in written table format.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
