Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is seeking HVAC Technicians to share their trade experience as instructors with the next generation of up-and-coming technicians. Your expertise, along with the training provided by Lincoln Tech, will provide you with the necessary skills to be a successful educator.

Responsibilities:

• Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech’s accredited training program
• Provide hands-on HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility
• Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
• Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
• Support and communicate progress with students
• Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
• S1 or S2 license required
• Proficient in Technology
• High School Diploma or GED
