Job Description: To provide transportation services and assistance for residents in a designated community. Ensures vehicle remains in good operating condition.

Full-time, 8am-4pm, NO WEEKENDS and NO HOLIDAYS!

What you need:

· A Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant License

· Proof of COVID-19 or an acceptable exemption form

· Basic computer skills

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute to an atmosphere of positivity and teamwork on a daily basis.

What you do:

· Operates a vehicle to transport residents, volunteers, supplies/mail, and staff to various locations.

· Maintains the vehicle in good operating condition to include: scheduling state inspection and mechanical maintenance and repairs, basic cleaning, filling oil and gasoline, etc., or reports maintenance concerns to the appropriate person and follows up to ensure that the issue receives proper attention.

· Answers the telephone, operates a copy machine, sorts mail. May perform basic clerical duties or other tasks to aid at designated centers as needed.

· Maintains trip log to record mileage and expenses incurred in-vehicle operation.

· Assists residents to/from vehicles following Luthercare’s standards.
