Description:

Lynker is looking to hire a recruiter to support company-wide recruiting efforts, and contingent staffing.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple requisitions at any given time.
• Formatting and posting job descriptions.
• Determining and implementing sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate and screen potential hires
• Candidate sourcing
• Develop social media and organize event-based recruiting opportunities to identify applicants and secure referrals.
• Evaluate candidate experience against contract Labor Categories
• Facilitate and conduct diversity outreach for OFCCP compliance.
• Define skill needs and build talent pools for improved hiring and retention.
• Document interactions, outreach, and screening results.
• Exercise independent judgment regarding the technical and nontechnical competencies of prospective employees in order to make recommendations to management during the selection process.
• Assemble compliant, complete candidate profile information for hiring manager review.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Task and deadline driven mentality.
• Experience conducting complex salary negotiations.
• Data management and recordkeeping experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Superb communication skills, written and verbal.
• High attention to detail to company processes, policies and procedures.
• Experience conducting diversity outreach.
• Experience negotiating with recruitment vendors (agencies, job boards, hr tools, etc.)
• Experience with government contracting
• Experience onboarding employees
• 1 or more years of recruiting experience
